Supervise and manage the work of the maintenance department, the collaboration regulations of the company.
• Plan the preventive maintenance of all machinery, equipment and systems in the building and factory.
• Regulate and control costs of maintenance and administration within the factory.
• Planning, follow up, biased work, basic work and machine installation work
• Check the operating procedures and document the work of the director.
• Plan, control tools and equipment for maintenance and balance.
• Plan and develop factory safety systems and create knowledge of the importance
• Provide training in technical development to the sub-director.
• Making reports related to maintenance and various problems that occur within the factory.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

Thai nationality only
• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical, Mechatronics Or related fields
• Experience in maintenance of 5 years will be an advantage.
• Good command of Auto Cad.
• Good interpersonal skills, good coordination and team skills. Be willing to learn and work under pressure with a good sense of teamwork and commitment.
• Willingness to take initiative and take a leadership role in organizational improvement.
• Knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, Pneumatic, PLC and able to read engineering drawings.
• Have leadership Able to coordinate and lead the project to complete the objectives.
• Have planning skills Fix problems immediately And systematic problem analysis
• Have a positive attitude to work taking into account the suitability of the overall outcome And have good human relations in the workplace
