Team of 3: Japanese Manager, Supervisor (Japanese Speaking), Staff (Japanese Speaking)
1. Responsible for all procurement matters of factories in Thailand, Head Office in BKK and group companies in southeast Asian countries
2. Supervise and manage procurement procedure of Bangkok, Samutprakan, and Pathumthani branches and visit frequently
3. Coordinate and Supervise procurement procedure of group companies in Malaysia, Singapore, Philippine, Japan and visit with team or individually frequently
4. Responsible for supplier and material sourcing and control in Asia countries.
5. Coordinate with procurement team in southeast area, Japan's procurement team and sales team.
6. Negotiate and analyze commercial contract, scope of work, cost & commercial terms for supplier selection.
7. Source and porpose system equipment products and maintain supplier lists with general specification.
8. Control the Governance in asia group companies and lead the Compliance and headquarter's expansion policy.
9. Write and submit required report (Weekly report, Supplier visiting report, meeting minutes, etc.)

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Male/Female. Age between 30-35 years old.
2. Bachelor's degree in any related field
3. At least 3 year of in procurement from manufacturing company
4. Intermediate level of English
5. Upper Intermediate Level of Japanese
6. Personal car & driving license
7. Able to travel between Bangkok, Samutprakan, and Pathumthani frequently (Travel Allowance will be provided)
8. Able to travel abroad (Malaysia, Singapore, Philippine, Japan with team or individually (travel expense and allowance will be provided)
