CIOA Team
Our CIO Advisory Business Unit (CIOA) supports the CIO in companies leading the charge on digital transformation, helping them move towards their goals of digitalization. In CIOA we provide solutions and support the entire process starting from IT realization, to IT strategy, IT Management, IT Roadmap Design, Project Management, IT Process Design, and IT Process Improvement.

- Provide insights in the latest IT trends and solutions in the market
- Lead service development to seek new opportunities in IT Strategy, Process, Security, and Project Management in South East Asia
- Lead proposal development, managing end-to-end sales activities with support from company management team in Thailand and from regional offices
- Maintain relationships with business partners in developing proposals and conducting sales activities for any prospects
- Act as a project manager to define the work plan and budget for the entire project.
- Tailor project management methodology corresponding to different clients’ business contexts, cultures, and project characteristics
- Manage budget, scope, timelines, quality, risks, issues, communication, team resources, and subcontractors across all streams for the entire project
- Work collaboratively with the project steering committee, ensuring governance, communication lines, and proper escalation processes are in place
- Gain trust from the client’s management and key person through engagement management, ensuring the right balance between profitability and the client’s project goals

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor’s degree or above in IT, Business, or any related field
- 10+ years of work experience in IT and/or Consulting Industry
- 7+ years as a project manager role in digital transformation projects, operational improvement or process improvement projects, and IT implementation projects
- Understanding of practical IT processes, operations, infrastructure, and IT implementation methodology
- Experience in managing sales activities including proposal creation and presentation
- Good relationship with the management level in any companies in Thailand or other countries in SEA is a plus
- Certificate in project management, finance, or other related program is a plus
- Fluency in English (both verbally and in writing)
- Excellent communication skills, being able to convey complex ideas to clients
- Excellent documentation skills
- Good with MS Office suite especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Flexible in traveling both domestically and internationally
- A passion for IT consulting and real desire to work as a team
