• Event preparation, and coordination, inclusive of all administrative aspects such as customer communication, scheduling and organizing events, email management, and taking payments.
• Work with the in-house design team to ensure the event display accurately represents corporate identity.
• Carry out strategic planning of the annual, quarterly, monthly events calendar.
• Managing event branding and communication.
• Negotiating sponsorship deals and investments.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Male, age 25-30 years old.
• Bachelor or master’s degree in Marketing, Finance, Business, or related field.
• Preferable at least 2 years of experience as an event marketing coordinator.
• Strong customer relationship and people skills.
• A passion to learn and ability to perform under pressure.
• Experience in automotive or motorcycle industry is an advantage.
• Be able to ride a big motorcycle.
• Excellent communication skills both in Thai and English. (TOEIC score 500 or above is an advantage)
