JOB DETAIL
- Partner with company management to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiatives
- Design and implement employee development strategies and training plan
- Develop training materials and performance management programs to help ensure employees understand their job responsibilities
- Auditing internal and external trainers, as well as its budget
- Report to management and support related task which be assigned
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
- Male and Female (Thai Nationality)
- Age 32-45 years old
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing , Human resource management, Social Science.
- Experience between 8-10 years
- Have experience in Human resource planning and development /training plan at least 5 years.
- Have experience in any project management
- Have experience in budget planning.
- Expert training planning skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Collaborative and trainee-centric mindset.
- Team relationship ability and experience.
- Good troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
- Good presentation skill.
- Service mind and a good team player.
- Good command in English or Japanese skills.
