JOB DETAIL

- Processing incoming orders, coordinate shipments and handing incoming call from customers.
- Arrange and issue PO to supplier and update monthly forecast to suppliers and analyze the sales amount.
- Receive purchase shipment in system.
- Arrange quotation for new part to both supplier and customer.
- Follow up update information and coordinate between customer and supplier.
- Confirm monthly delivery schedule to customer and issue tax invoice as delivery schedule.
- Billing and follow up payment from customers.
- Coordinate with Account Dept for receipt.
- Making the monthly inventory report and control stock balance.
- Coordinate with the concerns party when needed any support, e.g. NG part, Color problem, etc.
- Visit customer and supplier to update market information and keep a good relationship.
- Correspondent with customers and suppliers both overseas and domestics.
- Others as assigned

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Male or Female (Thai Nationality)
- Age 27-31 years old
- Bachelor degree in any field
- 5 years in automotive industry (especially delivery)
- Good Command in English with TOEIC 600+(all speaking, reading, and writing skills)
- Japanese is advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office program (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), etc.
- Able to go on business trip (Domestic / International)
