Number of Subordinates: 3 (Inbound Operator, Outbound Operator, and Warehouse Admimnistrator)
Report directy to Thai Warehouse Manager

Job Purpose: To oversee warehouse operations including receive products into warehouse on time and ensure orders are picked on time and delivered without discrepancy and damage.

Key Responsibilities and Activities:
1. Manage daily receiving and putaway
2. Manage daily picking, checking and dispatching
3. Supervise team to prioritize tasks in warehouse
4. Keep track of activities in warehouse i.e. status of PO and orders
5. Conduct staff performance monitoring, supervise and coach as appropriate
6. Support other DC/transport related project or assignments
7. Coordinate with Transportation Department about daily delivery
8. Coordinate with customers making sure about their satisfactory level

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- On time receiving
- Inventory accuracy
- Picking accuracy
- Cost of damage
- Number of customer complaints
- Overtime cost
- Staff skill

Major Challenges:
- Delivery error
- Inventory accuracy
- Product damage

Subordinate’s Responsibilities:
- For Inbound Operator, perform receiving and putaway
- For Outbound Operator, perform picking checking and dispatching
- For Warehouse Admimnistrator, perform picking confirmation and issue invoice

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Male/Female. Age 25-35 years old.
2. Bachelor's degree in any related field.
3. At least 2 years as Warehouse Supervisor with subordinate and must be femialiar with WMS (Warehouse Managemenr System)
4. Intermediate Level of English
5. Able to work on some Saturdays (depends on company's calendar)
