JOB DETAIL

- Plan, control, manage and be responsible for the inspection and quality control programme. Provide the work of quality control/quality assurance staff. Comply with the operating manual correctly in accordance with GHPs, HACCP and BRC.
- Meet customer needs in terms of quality Quality and safety questionnaires and complaints
- Participate in the analysis of problems that affect the quality system with related departments as well as being a member of the Quality System team and the Internal Auditor team
- Check the quality of the environment Hygiene of employees and outsiders. Control of breakable glass and plastic materials, control of knives and sharp objects, waste disposal and hygiene control. Controlling Allergy-Causing Substances pest control and more according to the regulations
- Control the quality and safety of food to be correct and in accordance with specifications and related laws
- Quality control of the final product From receiving raw materials to exporting
- To meet the standards of the customers and the standards of the factory Check to release non-conforming products
- Support continuous improvement of work methods, production, quality, environment
- Prepare budget and control department expenses
- To train QC staff to always have knowledge and expertise
- Supervise subordinates to comply with discipline and factory safety rules and follow orders assigned by supervisors. and participate in corporate activities

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Food Science, Microbiology, Industrial Engineering or other related
- Have working experience in quality control in a food factory at least 2 years
- Trained in GMP/GHPs, HACCP, BRC or FSSC22000 standards
- Have knowledge of Quality System Management BRC/FSSC22000, Food safety (Food Safety/HACCP), GMP / GHPs, 7 QC Tools/Statistics,
- Can use computer
- Fair command of English
