- Jointly formulate policies with the management
- Determine, modify, review the factory management policy
- Strategic planning for factory management
- Planning investments in various projects
- Planning, controlling and monitoring the results of daily administration of various departments
- Providing advice and decision making
- Coordinate with relevant departments both internally and externally
- Manage various activities within the factory
- Manage various quality systems
- Personnel Management
- Plan and prepare an annual budget
- Participate in the activities of the organization as assigned

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or Business Administration or a field related to food science
- Have certification/licensing and used to train in GMP, HACCP or higher international standards
- Experience in managing a food factory at least 5 years
- Have knowledge of Factory Management, Product Management / Product Development, Production Process Management / Quality System
- Good command of English
