This is a position for a Japanese Start-up company in Bangkok.

●Understand quality company's quality standards and the quality requirements of customers and then communicate those information with supply partners to minimize the defect
●Share and instruct necessary actions with team and partners to satisfy quality and delivery requirements
●Improve quality level of supplier partners by introducing appropriate inspection and kaizen process
●Set quality standard plan and execute necessary strategy to realize the exponential growth of comapny's platform
●Resolve issues that come up (defect, delay, accidents)
●Collaborate with other department for continuous quality improvement
●Ensure adherence to health and safety guidelines as well as legal obligations
●Supervise inspectors and provide guidance and feedback
●Lead small-mid organization and team
●Train and guide employees to maximize the output of the organization

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

[Must]
●Experience as quality assurance/control manager role at factory, manufacturing sites or warehouses
●Set and follow KPI/KGI to maximize the output of organization
●Analyze, review and improve workflow to increase productivity

[Preferred]
●Experience as quality assurance/control manager
●Experience in manufacturing or metal processing industry
●Experience in developing factory warehouse or supply chain from scratch
●Knowledge and understanding about drawing of manufacturing parts
●Any relevant experience in quality assurance/standards such as ISO 9000/9001
●Japanese Skill: JLPT N2 Up or English: Intermediate
