JOB DETAIL

1. Handle work autonomously and efficiently to ensure the end-to-end running of HR projects and operations in ASEAN countries
2. Promote and Enhance the framework for group companies in ASEAN countries
3. Enhances the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices
4. Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems for group companies
5. Provide counseling on HR policies and procedures of group companies
6. Actively involved in assisting performance management processes of group companies
7. Develop training and development programs
8. Responding to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests and provide assistance

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's Degree or higher, major in Business Administration, especially in Human Resources
• At least 10 years of Experience in;
o Human resources management thorough developing policies and managing procedures
o Handling end-to-end HR projects and operations
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Has Labor union experience (Must)
• Advanced level of English Ability
• Advanced skill of Excel / Word / Power Point
• Experience on HR databases & systems
