JOB DETAIL

・Propose the suitable solution to clients through your specialized IT knowledge and skill.
・Design, implement the various IT solutions based on the customer requirements.
・Visit with a client with a sales Thai or a sales Japanese to summarize the information.
・Collaborate with sale teams to gather requirements from customers
・Document the customer system environment, and maintain
・Conduct solution delivery, liaising with carriers, vendors and other parties
・Troubleshoot and solve customer technical issues, liaising with with carriers, vendors and other parties
・Support the sales team with all technical related queries
・Management of subordinates in the IT Solution department (about 10 staff)

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

【Must】
・Age 30-50
・Male or Female
・Bachelor degree in Computer Science or IT related department（GPA2.5 UP）
・More than 8 years of working experience delivering various IT Solution.（Project Support）
・More than 8 years of work experience as a Network and Server Engineer
・Work experience at SIer
・Experience with UTM, Layer 3 Switch, Wireless System
・Experience with Windows Server, NAS
・Basic knowledge of TCP/IP.
・Can design and implement simple office network
・Intermediate Level of English（Communicate with Japanese in English.）
・Subordinate management experience
