JOB DETAIL

・Sourcing potential non-performing loan (NPL) investment deals,
・Performing due diligence and pricing on potential NPL investment deals,
・Executing closing on NPL investment deals,
・Creating asset management plan for NPL investment deals,
・Executing the asset management plan including exit from NPL investment deals,
・Monitoring asset management plan including BOT reporting,
・Maximizing profit from NPL investment deals.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

・Bachelor’s degree in relevant field such as finance, accounting, economics, law and so on
・English communication is a must
・Knowledge in finance, investment, and accounting is a must and legal mind is preferred
・5 years or more of experience in due diligence, cash flow projection and pricing of NPL investment deals is a must and that in legal procedures related to NPL is preferred.
・The experience in AMC industry is a must.
・Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
