Report Directly to Vice President and Regional Chief Financial Officer

Overview:
- Provide and develop financial well-being of the organization by developing a financial strategy, maintaining a healthy financial position such as monitoring expenditure, managing working capital, monitoring cash flow, providing financial projections, preparing budgetary plans, managing tax compliance, overseeing internal controls, and directing and coaching staff to drive a high-performance culture.
- Drive the organization's financial operations, improve financial performance, enhance stakeholder confidence
and maintain a good relationship with the stakeholder

Responsibilities:
1. Serve as a key member of the leadership team to develop finance organizational strategies by contributing financial and accounting information, analysis, and recommendations to strategic thinking and direction; establishing functional
objectives in line with organizational objectives to drive profitability.
2. Drive improvements in the quality of financial and business analysis to guide all leaders in decision making and
performance monitoring, and ensure that appropriate measures are taken to achieve financial and strategic business
objectives.
3. Understand and continually re-assess business risks and opportunities to support the business leaders with
multiple scenario views and options, promoting revenue growth.
4. Oversee the management and coordination of all financial reporting activities for the organization and monitor
Organizational budget Reports financial status by developing forecasts; reporting results; analyzing variances;
monitoring cash flow, managing working capital, managing tax compliance, and ensuring compliance with accounting
regulations:
5. Analyze complex financial data and reporting on financial performance. Oversee the preparation of the company's financial accounts to ensure that these are presented accurately and on time;
6. Retain constant awareness of the company’s financial position and acting to prevent problems such as understanding and applying contract provisions;
7. Provide timely reviews and analysis of financial data on business performance, including reporting key metrics such as understanding the working capital, evaluating cash flow scenarios, inventory variance, and overall health of the business;
8. Oversee day-to-day finance and accounting operations including general ledger, accounts payable and
receivable, fixed assets, prepaid, expense reporting, monthly reconciliation, and monthly and year-end close;
9. Develop and control the company’s annual operating budget to ensure that all financial targets are met and financial and statutory regulations complied with;
10. Together with the President and senior management team, develop and recommend to the Board an annual operating plan and financial budget that support the company’s long-term strategy;
11. Lead forecasts and comprehensive budgets; reviewing business unit budgets;
12. Manage banking relationships, cash management, and other treasury related activities;
13. Oversee and monitor the company’s financial position, banking, and financing activities, and capital structure
and monitor the respect of banking and financial covenants and hedging arrangements, as applicable;
14. Provide oversight on tax functions, internal controls, and audit-related matters;
15. Develop and maintain all necessary systems, policies, and procedures to ensure effective and efficient financial management within the company
16. Together with the President, approve and coordinate changes and improvements to disclosure controls and
procedures and internal control over financial reporting;
17. Ensure the existing framework meets HQ direction, company policy, corporate governance and compliance of J-SOX;
18. Evaluate and oversee risk management and insurance issues;
19. Manage a growing finance & accounting department. Lead, mentor, coach, and develop a high performing team;
20. Direct and control finance & accounting staff to ensure that they are appropriately motivated and developed
and so that they carry out their responsibilities to the required standard;
21. Ensure that there is an effective succession plan in place for the senior executives of the company reporting to the Finance Vice President;
22. Meets deadlines in a fast-paced work environment;
23. Any other ad-hoc duties as required or assigned by Regional Chief Financial Officer.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Male/Female. Age between 45-48 years old.
2. Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
3. Minimum 15 years in financial or accounting field with experience managing subordinates at least 10 from multinational company (If have work experience from IT Industry is an advantage)
4. Required CPA License
5. Upper Intermediate level of English
6. Proficient in Excel and SAP.
NOTE: Flexible work location (Work from Anywhere) and flexible work hours from 7.30 to 9.30 (9 hours)
