Sales (80%)

- Manage and develop relationships with OEM clients (e.g., Honda Motor and related supply chain)

- Handle RFQ processes, quotations, and price negotiations

- Expand business opportunities within the automotive network

- Coordinate with internal teams (production, engineering, quality) to ensure customer satisfaction

- Support business development activities and maintain long-term partnerships

Purchasing (20%)

- Source and manage suppliers for raw materials and general items

- Conduct cost analysis and price negotiations with suppliers

- Support procurement planning and supplier performance management

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field

Minimum 5–10 years of experience in automotive sales (mandatory)

Strong network and connections within the automotive industry (OEM, Tier 1, Tier 2)

Experience in both sales and purchasing functions is highly preferred

Background in purchasing before transitioning to sales (e.g., Sales Engineer / Sales Manager) is a strong advantage

Good understanding of automotive processes (RFQ, costing, supplier management)

Good command of English (able to communicate with Japanese management)

Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills

Able to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities
