JOB DETAIL
• Prepare and troubleshoot laptop/Desktop PC, peripherals and software for internal users
• Regularly monitor the status of It infrastructure and report the issue when they are found.
• Controlling the borrowing/returning of common it equipment
• Implement and administrate internal infrastructure such as servers (Include VM) and network.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
- Male or Female (Thai Nationality)
- Age 28-35 years old
- Diploma or Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, Business Computer, or related field.
- 5 - 10 years of experience as IT Technical/Helpdesk support engineer.
- Have skills of installation, configuration and troubleshooting of popular Operating system and popular desktop software.
- Ability to solve hardware issues.
- Knowledge of Windows servers, VMware and Network are advantages.
- Good English communication skills.
