・Understanding customer needs, risk assessment and suggestions for improvement,
proposals for optimal insurance, and careful explanations that customers are satisfied with.
Perform tasks in accordance with company policies such as annual plans.
Smooth communication, coordination, and negotiation both inside and outside the company.
Understand life insurance and loss conservation events and make appropriate proposals.
・Understand insurance products and propose insurance that meets customer needs.
Visit customers themselves, identify their needs, and cultivate new customers and demand.
Understand the content of our business other than our insurance and publicize it to our
customers.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

[Requirements]
・Age around 30 years old.
・Bachelor degree or up.
・New graduates are welcome
・Person with B2B sales experience at any service industries are welcome
・English intermediate level up.

(Prefer)
・B2B Life insurance/non-life insurance sales experience at an insurance company or insurance broker (Not car insurance/sales to personal customer).
・Ownership of non-life insurance and life insurance broker licenses (*NOT Insurance Agent License. Must need to have "INSURANCE BROKER LICENSE".
・Experience in Japanese insurance company.
・Japanese Speaking
・Person who can work immediately but candidate with 1 month notice can also apply
・Have own car & driving license
