Key Mission :
- Support at customer site, execute regular maintenance, implement upgrades and Field Change Orders, and ensure proper operation of Audio Visual machines at the customer site.

Job Description :

Responsible for on-site troubleshooting, installation, and commissioning of Video Conferencing System and Audio Visual System :
– Install equipment at customers’ locations, including equipment with new features, unload components, inspect for damage, assemble, align and test.

Provide service support and maintenance to end users
– Gather all information relevant to the problem, analyze using available means, gather additional diagnostic info if needed, decide on an initial approach to solving the problem, assess new information, and adapt the approach if necessary.

Ensure timely case closure :
– Plan and coordinate the activities of employees in the team, including client personnel, and deal with customers on multiple levels in all situations.

Maintain and update service report :
– Handover problem, document, and package all data relevant for problem resolution (e.g. pass-downs, work orders, field service reports, system problem reports, technical reports), ensure problem ownership is clear, and ensure follow-up.

Respond to technical inquiries and resolve technical problems :
– Advise customer technical personnel in dealing with problems, together with customer technical staff, and use manuals, use tools, replace parts, improve settings, to resolve technical problems.

Liaise with distributors/vendors on technical information

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Thai nationality , Male is preferable
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical, Electrical, civil engineering or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience as a Sales Engineer or Coordinator in the AV/IT industry or related field
- Knowledgeable of CAD Software and drawings
- Personality suitable for working in sales. Have the ability to contact people
- Handle the issue of talking with customers. Ability to present products or systems to customers.
- Prior experience in the service and installation of audio, video, and presentation systems
- Positive and effective communication skills
- Must be able to read engineering schematics and communicate design intent
- Understand AV system functionality and installation processes and techniques.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Microsoft Project and Adobe Acrobat.
- Able to drive and work in upcountry from time to time
