JOB DETAIL
You will be in charge for whole HR/GA tasks.
[Recruitment Tasks]
• Hiring new employee to support each department according to company requirement.
• Set up the interview process and interview the candidate with relevant department.
• Prepare and take care for contract of employment and pre checkup before employment.
• Orientation new employee and follow up during probation period.
[HRD]
• Create the training plan by coordinating with relevant department.
• Organize, coordinate and follow up the training for local and oversea.
• Manage and coordinate with relevant departments regarding performance management system such as the appraisal system for manager, supervisor and operator level.
[HRM]
• Handle the compensation and benefit system.
• Maintain and review company rule and regulation from time to time.
• Creative and manage the activities to build up the team such as New Year activity, Team Building or other company event.
• Study and survey salary structure or benefit & welfare system to be competitive in labor market and recommend to top management.
• Considering and planning for retaining of high potential employee and recommend to top management.
• Mange the health, accident and life insurance for employee.
• Take care for social security fund, compensation fund and provident fund.
[GA Tasks]
• Control and supervise the contractor under HR department such as driver, janitor, gardener
• Legal review with EHS department.
• Taking care canteen operation, food provider and equipment.
• Submit and coordinate for government permit such as land use and operation permit, health hazardous permit, land tax.
• Coordinate with government office such as Social Security Office, Labor department.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
[Requirements]
• Bachelor Degree in Social Science (Majoring in Law, Human Resource Management or Political Science)
• Human Resource Management and Development Experience (5-10 years)
• Recruitment and Interview Process Experience
• Organization Development Experience
• Upper intermediate level in English (Speaking, Listening and Writing)
• Computer Literacy (MS Office)
• Hard Working and High Responsibility
• Communication and Interpersonal Skill
• Systematic Thinking
• Good relation skill
• Experience in manufacturing plant
