・Ordering and receiving products by using system
・Make and manage delivery document and any related document
・Manage clients'' delivery schedule
・Assist sales person task (make material based on the requirement of clients)
・Get inquiry, order, and make contact with clients by email and call.(Handling 15 clients)

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

【Must】
・Female only
・Age between 24-30 years old
・Bachelor's degree in any field.
・More than 2 years of sales assistant experience
・Work experience at a Japanese company
・Intermediate level of English.
・Basic PC skill(Excel, Word,Mail,Microsoft Office)
・No Job Hopper
・Can start working from September 1st
