・Order taking
・Customer's delivery Control cooperate with warehouse
・Outgoing logistics control on customers that responsible.
・Invoicing Customer service
・Forwarding, arranging and follow up documentation with client and salesperson.
・Ensuring on time Invoice & P/o Status.
・Planning & Handling Inventory Control, Stock Control, Physical Take
・Additional task assigned by Manager.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

【Must】
・Bachelor Degree
・Age between 22-25 years old (Can apply new graduate)
・Male or Female
・Work experience as a sales coordinator
・Upper Intermediate Level of English (TOEIC 700)
・Intermediate Level of Japanese (N3 UP)
