JOB DETAIL

(General Function)

• Oversee and manage company general administration
• Oversee manage and Develop Business processes, Compliance, ISO
• Oversee manage Purchasing Division
• Oversee manage Safety Division
• Oversees manage all HR functions emphasizing Performance Management, KPI Assessment, Evaluation system, Compensation, and Benefits
• Ensures the administration of recruitment/retention, employee confidentiality, organizational development, employee training and development, and completion of required training plans
• Works alongside the top management to provide HR, ISO, compliance, Administration consultancy, and implementation
• Builds the HR Team to develop and deliver HR strategies and practices to meet business objectives
• Travel to service and construction site to oversee the training activities from time to time

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Male or Female, Age around 35-45, Thai nationality
• Bachelor or Master's Degree in Business Administration or related field

• Minimum 10 years of experience in overall General Administration and at least 5 years in the managerial level
• Experience in managing overall HR area; i.e., Performance Management, Compensation and Benefits, Recruitment and Manpower Planning, Training, and Development
• Experiences in establishing new HR systems, especially Performance Management and Evaluation System, for Construction / Maintenance and Service companies
• Experiences in Labor Laws; dealing with disciplinary, misconduct, and any labor issues
• Experiences in General Administration
• Experiences in dealing with all levels of employees, including Engineers and Technicians
• Experiences in ISO, Safety, and Purchasing
• English is Intermediate Level

• Preferably in large-scale Construction/Maintenance Service companies (employees more than 1000)
• Excellent leadership in coaching and leading HR team
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Excellent computer and other IT skills
