1. As a pre-manager, assist managers in proceeding with projects by closely communicating with client key persons to build trust for the long-term relationship.
2. As an expert in business analysis and strategy in Thailand and Asian countries, develop business strategy across markets, particularly Thailand and Asian counties, by integrating group's consumer knowledge and brand/marketing capabilities.
3. As a facilitator, make a meeting plan, design and conduct workshop discussions with clients in Thai and English to find market insights across countries, build global business strategies, and develop new business models,
4. As a project team leader, allocate appropriate jobs to team members and external partners and distill individual outcomes into meaningful insights, strategies, and innovative ideas beyond client’s expectations
5. As an assistant project salesperson, create a project proposal with managers based on intensive secondary research and make a convincing presentation to clients in Thailand and other countries to win a new project.
6. As a knowledge worker, co-create new methodologies to help Consulting to develop distinctive solutions for clients in the area of market intelligence and brand/marketing strategy, incorporating group’s unique knowledge and expertise

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Male/Female age 33-40 years old.
- Bachelor's degree or graduate degree in majors in business, marketing, data analysis, and sociology from universities in Thailand, Singapore, Japan, the US, Europe, and other countries.
- Has working experience more than 3 years as a consultant in business consulting firms.
- Has experience to involve in projects of mid-term business planning, new business development, and business process reengineering for multiple countries and regions.
- Fluent of English (TOEIC 750) and other language capabilities, particularly Japanese and Chinese, are highly appreciated.
- Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently
- Must submit portfolio when apply this position.
