Job Description;

Sales Coordinator team 4 people; Looking for 1 more member

Direct report to Sales Manager (Thai)

- Managing the company components as assigned
- Coordinate and respond to all inquiries with customers and factories
- Issuing documents correctly (forecast, quotation, delivery schedule)
- Control delivery schedule and troubleshoot parts delivery problems
- Working closely with Sales Team Department and reporting to the sales manager
- Quick action and response for communication and documentation
- Computer literacy

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor's Degree in any related filed
- Prefer Female, age 27 - 33 years up
- Experienced in sales coordinator at least 3 years
- Good to have Japanese speaking; JLPT N3 (not a must)
- Need candidate with intermediate level up in English
