- Supervise and manage the operations of all branches across the country. to be effective as specified by the company to create maximum satisfaction for customers.
- Summary of monthly sales data analysis Quarterly and yearly for every branch.
- Work with the management to determine the sales (Sales Target) of each branch, including manpower planning. Plan development and set branch management policies.
- Clarification, supervision and follow up. until confident that the team can work according to the conditions of the marketing plan and promotion effectively as well as being able to give advice on products and media in public relations 100% correct.
- Analyze various problems. as well as to find solutions to maximize efficiency.
- Increase the skills and expertise of the district managers. To have good leadership skills and able to apply what has been learned to be effective.
- Manage the number of personnel. personnel cost Branch overtime payment including managing the turnover rate of employees to meet the goals set by the company.
- Build good relationship with customers. Representing a network of relationships To make the shop known and popular in the area where the shop is located.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Male and Female (Thai Nationality)
- Age over 30 years old
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Economic, Marketing or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail-cosmetic business
- Good command in English
- Experienced in Budgeting / Forecasting / P&L
- Able to use computer MS Word, Excel, Power point well.
- Personnel management and development Skills
