JOB DETAIL

- Assist Division Manager by managing Head sections and support for issues
- Monitoring provided structures to be complete
- Responsible for trouble shooting with solutions
- Bidding and negotiation
- Reports and document tasks
- Other tasks as assigned by Management

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Graduated Bachelor Degree from Public University in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering only
- Male only, age is over 45 years old
- Engineer License level 2 or 3 (ระดับสามัญหรือสูงกว่า) **ตั้งแต่ระดับ สามัญวิศวกร = Professional Engineer. วุฒิวิศวกร = Senior Professional Engineer. ภาคีวิศวกรพิเศษ = Adjunct Engineer ขึ้นไป**
- Over 10 years’ experience as Project Manager or related Engineer (Construction, M&E field)
- At least 5 years in position of project manager or project director
- Experienced in project and business management in Condominium business is a must
- Experienced in project bidding.
- Have skills in estimation cost.
- Have connection with consultant, designer, owner and supplier.
- Subordinates management experience
- Good command English (internal communication, reports)
- Flexible and able to visit assigned site
