JOB DETAIL

- Prepare any legal documents for establishment, any licenses etc.
- Create, review and revise the company’s policy
(Such as AoA, Work Regulation, Employment Agreement etc.)
- Provide advisory for Corporate Law, Civil Law, Labour Law, PDPA Law, etc.
- Contact related government officers to get and confirm the information.
- Attend the meeting to explain legal issues, current status, and solutions.
- Proceed corporate legal matters following government announcements, and any
other specific law.
- Proceed litigation matter following client’s request.
- Prepare all documents and submit the Visa and Work Permit for foreigners. (our
company and clients)

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

Age:25 – 30
Bachelor’s degree in law.
Good knowledge and understanding of corporate law
English intermediate level
High degree of professional ethics and integrity
Well-organized, detailed-oriented, and timely concern, good negotiation skill
Must have Lawyer License
