• Plan, conduct training and develop personnel according to the company's policy
• Develop a training system Improve training courses to meet the needs of the company.
• Potential assessment work for systematic development planning
• Other tasks as assigned.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Male or Female, Age 22-27 years old
• Bachelor degree in Human resource Management or related field
• Good command of English (TOEIC score 550 up)
• If have experience in automotive field will be advantage
• Computer literacy (MS. Office)
• Hard working/ Enthusiastic
• Positive attitude
• Cooperativeness
