JOB DETAIL

Customer Support Function:
-Receive and response Japanese customer for incidents/requirements via call and e-mail.
-Handle customer's complaint and provide solutions in order to meet customer's satisfaction.
-Offsite & Onsite troubleshoot problem about network, PC, etc..
-Coordinate with related parties to troubleshoot and update until problem is sovled.
-Manage incident ticket report until it is closed in the system.
Provisioning Function:
-Coordinate with HQ for each network installation project
-Offsite & Onsite support Japanese communication between HQ and network engineer
-Follow up work status according to work schedule
-Translate some Japanese document (such as work procedure) to English and work with team

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Female and Male (Thai Nationality)
- Age 28-35 year old
- Bachelor Degree of Computer Science IT, Computer Engineering, Business Computer or other related
fields.
- Japanese Skill level N1 and English is intermediate level
- More than 3 years experience in helpdesk IT support and basic network trouble shooting
- If have certificate of network skill (CCNA) or equivalent hands-on networking experience will be advantage.
- Have troubleshoot skill, Strong service mind, Good mindset
- Can work together with other team's members and can work under pressure
