JOB DETAIL
• To support on administrative and secretarial issues to Japanese expatriates
• To coordinate with external entities in administrative and secretarial issues
• To manage contracts and novation (office rental, company car, driver, insurance, maid service, office utilities and facilities, etc.)
• To manage on activities and schedule of drivers and maid
• To support on necessary arrangement about business trip for Japanese expatriates, visitors and local staffs (visa, entry permits, transportation, accommodations and communications (phone roaming), etc.)
• To manage daily administrative operation and correspondences (e-mail, letters, parcel posts and deliveries, etc.)
• To coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
• To be a window in communication between Regional HQ and Rep. office
→ Sending notices, updates, memos from Regional HQ to staffs
→ Gathering information from staffs and responding to Regional HQ
• To update on laws and regulations relating to administrative issues
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
1. Thai female, age 27-39 years old.
2. Intermediate level of English
3. Experience in admin at Japanese company for 2 to 5 years
4. Able to use Microsoft office (Excel, powerpoint, word)
5. Experience in proceeding Japanese expatriates visa and 90 days report
