Report to Thai, and Japanese MD

• Planning, Develop , Implement and Follow up Group Company Strategy.
• Planning, Develop, Implement and Follow up Group Company Organization Development.
• Planning, Develop, Implement and Follow up Group Company Budgeting Financial Analysis.
• Planning, Develop Implement, and Follow up Group Company Cooperate Planning, Compliance, and Business process deployment.
• Planning, Develop, Implement and Follow up Group Company corporate IT policy and System Development.
• Support and Implement all MD and BOD Assignment.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Male or Female 35-45 years., Thai Nationality.
• Bachelor or Master Degree in Business Administration major in finance or related field.

• At least 10 years of experience in Business Strategy, Finance Strategy, prefer in Construction Maintenance Services or Property Industries.
• Solid experience in managing Business analysis.
• Experience in the business improvement process., planning, and developing company strategy.
• English is Intermediate Level (Communicate with Japanese MD)

• Excellent Leadership in coaching and coordination.
• Excellent Communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent computer and office IT skills.
• Excellent understanding of Business processes and IT Systems Experience
• Experience in Project Feasibility study.
• Experience in dealing with all levels of employees, Including Engineering and Technician.
