JOB DETAIL

- Support users.
- Provide maintenance and support all computer, computer equipment and network
systems.
- Provide a secure IT environment including responsibility for back up all data.
- Maintenance, update and continually improved the IT manual and related IT
systems.
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers
and scanner.
- Plan scheduled maintenance of hardware and software.
- Investigating, diagnosing, and solving computer software and hardware faults.
- Maintenance records of software licenses.
- Take care computer hardware (PC, Notebook, UPS, Printer Server), Network,
General Software or used to be setup, install and support PC.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Male or Female (Thai Nationality)
- Age 25 – 30 years old.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, information systems, or similar.
- At least 2 years' experience in a similar role.
- Applicable professional qualification, such as Microsoft or Cisco certification
- Extensive experience with IT systems, networks, and related technologies.
- Having experience to setup network, wireless lan, wiring lan cable, install windows
and general software.
- Having experience to AD server, File Server, MS Exchange Server, DNS Server, Microsoft Hyper-V
Server on Windows server 2008 R2 or later, Log File, IP-BPX and NAS Storage.
- Have experience about MS365
- Set up Mobile phone (IOS & Android).
- Knowledge of Firewall concept and have configuration experience.
- Knowledge of WAN, LAN, Internet, Anti-Virus/SPAM, Backup System, IT Security.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamic NAV.
- Knowledge of html, php framework, web server and etc.
- Manage MA hardware and software license, IT asset.
- Knowledge of Cloud infrastructure.
- Good communication skill, Proactive and service-minded.
- Good command in English
