JOB DETAIL

-supervise of those works for GA department
-Set Section target for achieving yearly target
-Manage schedule of section target
-Manage section meeting
-Adjust with other sections for achieving yearly target
-Support General Manager actively
-Give opinions to General Manager validly & correctly
-Evaluate subordinates correctly
-Train up subordinates (for improving his/her ability)

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

-Male age: 35-45 Year old
-Required experience: Longer than 10 years at HR, Admin, field
-Required language: Thai & English above intermediate lever
- Able to control and supervise Sections according to the organizational structure.
- Able to define and develop policies and plans for the work that are responsible for equivalent departments.
Based on the policies and goals that the supervisor has orders.
- Can coordinate with the relevant departments. To achieve the goals of the high-level organizational structure
about the job responsibilities Able to express effective and accurate opinions and help the commander
commanded with enthusiasm
-Able to properly assess the knowledge and abilities of subordinates through guiding and supervising
daily tasks, including being able to train and develop that competence
