Replacement Position
Responsible for Production, New Parts Start-Up, Technical staffs, and Quality Control Department Management
Direct Subordinates: 2

1. Responsible for Start-Up work for newly ordered parts
2. Responsible for Arrangement of molds and jigs
3. Responsible for Maintenance of production process
4. Responsible for Initial quality management/PPAP creation
5. Responsible for Engineering department and quality control department management
ุ6. Guide and educate two subordinates. Give guidance with the aim of improving technical skills.
7. Verifyof product 3D data for Examination of mold feasibility/Detection of product concerns/Examination of productivity
8. Responsible for automobile development process and start-up work of new parts
9. Responsible for basic quality control and be able to give guidance to subordinates
10. Take emergency response when the mold is damaged.
11. Responsible for injection molding materials to some extent and select according to the intended use
12. When ordering a new mold, productivity, product concerns, etc. can be reflected and instructed in the mold specifications.
13. Read necessary SPEC tests
14. Give guidance and instructions to production sites such as improvements such as productivity improvement
15. Calculate mold cost for new parts and a product unit price
16. At the automobile development stage, give instructions for mold correction due to mold defects and product defects.
17. Plan L /O in consideration of productivity such as assembly line.
18. Meet with customers for an initial construction start meeting, production engineering examination, product quality, actual vehicle matching meeting, etc

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Male. Age between 40-50 years old (*Must be in good health and physical condition and doesn't have any illness or chronic disease)
2. Bachelor's degree in Engineering field
3. At least 5 years of 'technical' work experience from plastic manufacturing company with konwledge in 'Plastic Molding Technology'
4. Experienced in starting up new parts or handling automobile-related parts
5. Good understanding of PPAP, ISO9001/ISO14001, IATF16949.
6. Intermediate level of English
7. Driving license
8. Able to work on some Saturdays (This year 3 Saturdays, depends on company's calendar)
