• Writing Job description
• Manage team as a leader
• Support end to end recruitment processes
• Conduct sourcing activities in order to fill opening positions
• Source and recruit potential candidates by using databases, social media, etc.
• Prepare candidates for interviews and present job offers.
• Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
• Create and update Progress Reports to track research and recruitment processes.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment, from identifying and addressing talent requirements to onboarding new hires, always looking to further improve the candidate journey
• Other duties as assigned
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
• Male – Female 35-45 years old
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Set up recruitment process for new company
• At least 5-10 years of recruiting experience
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Working knowledge of applicant tracking and the systems
• Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods
• Familiar with a wide variety of sourcing platforms
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Good command of English
