JOB DETAIL
• In charge of responding to both domestic and international call.
• Screening, directing external call to responsible person, take memo and relay messages (English –Thai) in accurate manner.
• Screening, Greeting, and advice company’s visitors and guide the associates to designated destination.
• Monitoring and screening visitors access and maintain security awareness.
• Organizing conference and meeting room booking and managing facility usage to meet its capacity including co-ordinate meeting and organize catering.
• Scheduling and maintain appointment, appointment dairy manually or electronically.
• Support General Administrative task including general documentation, mail sorting.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
• Female
• Age not over 30 years old.
• Bachelor’s degree in hotel or business English or related field.
• At least 1 years experiences in Receptionist field or related field.
• Good command of English and If can speak Japanese N3 up (preferred)
• Have interpersonal skills, good communication skills and good organizational skills.
• To maintain a neat and tidy personal presentation.
• A friendly and helpful manners.
