1.Greeting Prospective Residents
2.Pre-leasing apartments
3.Varied office duties
4.Rent collection on the first
5.Enforcing community rules
6.Serving notices
7.Cleaning of the property
8.Scheduling and supervising repairs as well as turnover with maintenance and vendors
9.Some maintenance required, unclogging toilets, clearing disposals, sinks, tubs, light bulb replacement and troubleshooting maintenance issues.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Any gender age 30-45 years old
2. Must have working experience as the receptionist in service apartment (1st priority consideration) or receptionist in hotel or others residential estate is acceptable (2nd priority consideration)
3. Must able to speak intermediate of Japanese or have N3 JLPT ( They don't need JLPT Certificate but should pass pasona JP test at least intermediate level) and english is lower intermediate is ok
4 Able to work 6 days working
5.Salary is 30,000 - 45,000
