- Manage all outbound operations, including picking, packing, labeling, and shipping orders.
- Ensure export processes run efficiently, meeting delivery schedules and customer expectations.
- Plan workforce allocation in line with daily order volumes or campaign requirements.
- Plan for consumable materials to avoid shortages.
- Work closely with the inventory management team to ensure product availability for shipment and accurate stock levels.
- Identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies in export processes and develop solutions.
- Oversee quality control inspections to ensure goods are packed correctly, meet customer specifications, and minimize errors.
- Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to export operations, such as order accuracy, delivery time, and cost per shipment.
Analyze data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree.
• 2-5 years of work experience.
• Prior experience in e-commerce warehouse operations will be given special consideration.
• Proficient in using computers (Excel, Word, and others).
• Able to read English.
• Thai nationality only.
