JOB DETAIL

1. Prepare and control division operation for billing and payment part among the team
2. Manage the operation such as customer service matters and support sales and procurement section
3. Support customer service matters such as receive customer's inquiry/request/complaint, issue billing & payment, minimize work load among team members, minimize issue of delay, improve lead-time of job closing each months etc.
4. Support other tasks related to import-export matters

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Male/Female. Age between 27-35 years old.
2. Bachelor's Degree in Logistics field.
3. At least 3 years of experience in import-export field
4. Intermediate of English (Emailing & Internal Reporting)
