Additonal Position
Position: Logistic Supervisor
Department: Logistics, Order Transaction & Export
Report Directly to Logistics Group Manager

1. Arrange order and delivery as customer’s requirement.
2. Input and check data in SAP (B1).
3. Check & control inventory.
4. Solve problems realted to logistics documentation & process.
5. Prepare and submit report as assigned.
6. Cooperate with Quality System ISO 9001
7. Contact and coordinate internally with sales team, accounting team and QC team.
8. Contact and coordinate externally with customers and logistics suppliers.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. *Female. *Age between 39-41 years old.
2. Bachelor's degree in any related field.
3. At least 10 years of experience in logistics management (Warehouse, transportation, and inventory control).
4. Proven experience of handling documents i.e. tax invoice, delivery note, export shipping documents, etc.
5. Familiar with SAP is preferred.
6. *Proficient in Excel (Pivot, VlookUp)
7. *Intermediate level of English.
