Position: Sales Engineer Senior Officer/Officer
Division: IM/Machinery Sales
Team: Sales
Report Directly to Team Manager (Thai) and Department Manager (Japanese)
Area of sales: Bangkok and nearby provinces
Team Sales: 5 staffs (Total Numbers of Staff in Sales Department: 40)
Expect Start Working Date: 4th of April. 2022.

1. Communicate to customer and handle requirements with stakeholder appropriately.
2. Manage promotion and negotiation of Sales PJ with clients to achieve objective.
3. Find bottle neck of sales progress and take appropriate action or initiative creative solution.
4. Provide practical report to supervisor on time schedule .
5. Negotiate and answer question about product and terms of sales.
6. Create sales to meet or exceeding sales goals.
7. Operate job responsibility with HO-REN-SO (Report-Contact-Consult).
8. Collaborate with internal organization appropriately

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Male/Female. Age between 25-30 years old.
2. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineer.
3. At least 3 years of work experience in Engineering field or Technical Sales or Automation Machine Sales from manufacturing company
4. Intermediate level of English (*If able to communicate in Japanese is an advantage)
5. Excellence negotiation skills
6. Personal car (Company provides fleet card and car maintenance allowance)
7. Flexible and open-minded as company's has more than 10,000 types of product
