JOB DETAIL

- Know well the screening standards and processes of authorized service centers(ASC), and have experience in negotiating
cooperation with ASC: such as labor costs, KPIs, material management, etc.
- For the key indicators of daily service operation such as TAT, customer satisfaction, maintenance quality and other indicators, have
clear monitoring ideas and problem-solving solutions; Familiar with Customer Complaint handling procedure,and Be able to take
the initiative to use customer complaint handling skills through multiple channels to properly and quickly deal with customer
complaints
- Can formulate business trip plans, conduct on-site inspection at ASC, and issue clear reports, formulate corresponding rectification
measures for non-compliant indicators; formulate and implement major customer visit plans every month, record customer appeals,
Actively follow up and resolve to maintain good customer relations
- Familiar with the whole process operation of after-sales system, able to output clear training for operation errors and timely
respond to solve ASC's system problems
- .Understand the working conditions, human efficiency, KPI of each position of ASC, and master ASC's service process, can guide
ASC to reasonably configure the personnel of each position, analyze the human efficiency, and be able to carry out targeted training
according to the different ability levels of employees

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Graduated at least College degree or above
- At least 2 years of experience in authorized service centers operation management with structured thinking and process management awareness from mobile phone industry is preferable
-.Good dedication and work ethics with strong appeal and cohesion, can work under pressure
- Good communication skills in English, have own ideas and solve problems in a flexible manner.
- Proficiency in the automation OFFICE software with the basic network knowledge
- Can do business travel
