JOB DETAIL

• Determine the policies and plans of the manufacturing plant.
• Supervise the factory, production line, quality of products produced in the factory, manpower and budget to meet the specified standards and plans.
• Coordinate, monitor and measure results with various departments to work in the same direction according to the plan and the policies
• Develop and improve production processes, production methods and production machinery with new technologies to increase production efficiency and reduce factory costs
• Other tasks assigned

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Male or Female, age 35-45 years old
• Bachelor's degree in related fields
• Experienced manage in wooden furniture factories will be considered first
• Good leadership, human relations and positive attitude
• Able to work well under pressure
• Honesty in duties and responsibilities
• Knowledge and ability to use computer programs related to work operations
