JOB DETAIL

- Maximize the productivity and high quality of the company. Responsible for the main duties of supervising and controlling employees with the Partner, Venders, and Outsource teams.
- Troubleshoot defects and solve problems of employees with partner, vendor, and outsource teams.
- Control the production budget, Maintain quality standards, and deliver products on time
- Always analyze and take action to achieve better results according to quality standards.
- Maintain the production process and production schedule
- Check the production processes of partners, vendors, and outsources, and also adjust work schedules.
- Supervise and motivate employees working with partner, vendor, and outsource teams.
- Coordinate with QA, PC, and other purchasing departments to ensure smooth production operations.

- ควบคุมงบประมาณการผลิต รักษามาตรฐานคุณภาพ และส่งมอบสินค้าตามเวลากำหนด
- วิเคราะห์และดำเนินการเพื่อให้ได้ผลลัพธ์ที่ดีขึ้นตามมาตรฐานคุณภาพอยู่เสมอ
- ดูแลรักษากระบวนการผลิตและกำหนดการผลิต
- ตรวจสอบกระบวนการผลิตของพาร์ทเนอร์(Partner), เวนเดอร์(Vender),และเอาท์ซอร์ซ(Outsource) และปรับเปลี่ยนตารางงาน
- กำกับดูแลและกระตุ้นพนักงานที่อยู่กับทีมพาร์ทเนอร์(Partner), เวนเดอร์(Vender),และเอาท์ซอร์ซ(Outsource)
- ประสานงานกับ QA, PC และฝ่ายจัดซื้ออื่น ๆ เพื่อให้ดำเนินการผลิตได้อย่างราบรื่น

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

(Qualifications)
- Male, Age 35 - 45 years
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering/Printing and Packaging Technology or related fields
- At least 5 years of working experience in management as a manager, assistant manager, or supervisor. (in the production department with subordinates)
- Having a driver's license and owning a car
- Intermediate command of English
- Able to communicate and report in English (Intermediate Leval)
- Have good management skills
- Knowledge and experience in printing/packaging would be an advantage
- Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

- มีประสบการณ์การทำงานอย่างน้อย 5 ปีในตำแหน่งผู้จัดการ ผู้ช่วยผู้จัดการ หรือหัวหน้างาน (ในฝ่ายผลิตที่มีลูกน้อง)
- มีใบอนุญาตขับขี่รถยนต์และมีรถยนต์เป็นของตนเอง
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี
- สามารถสื่อสารและรายงานเป็นภาษาอังกฤษได้
- มีทักษะการจัดการที่ดี
- มีความรู้และประสบการณ์ด้านการพิมพ์/บรรจุภัณฑ์จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- สามารถทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันและจัดการงานหลายงานพร้อมกันได้
