JOB DETAIL

1. Support and response in Japanese customer as main for incidents / requirement via call
and email or onsite support.
2. Corporate with relate team to troubleshoot and update until the problem is solved.
3. Manage incident case report until it is close in the system.
4. Translate Japanese document to English and work with the team.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Male and Female (Thai Nationality)
- Age 26-35 years old.
- Bachelor Degree of Computer Science IT, Computer Engineering, Business Computer or other related fields.
- More than 3 years experience in LAN/WAN networking, TCP/IP, VPN, DNS, DHCP, IIS, firewalls, router and switch configuration etc.
- Hardware troubleshooting and network diagnostic skills.
- Hold Cisco Certificate will be advantage.
- Service mind, Work hard and support other team member to complete task and troubleshooting.
- Good communication in English and willing to learn the new things
- Good communication in Japanese with JLPT N2 or above
