Position: Senior Software Tester
Team: GPS Tracking & Fleet Management System
Team of 10-15 members
Main Responsibilty: Designing and implementing comprehensive test plans, executing test cases, identifying and reporting bugs, and collaborating with developers to resolve issues.

Job Description:
1. Design and develop comprehensive test plans for the fleet management system, covering all features and functionalities to contribute the quality.
2. Create and execute test cases for various scenarios and user workflows.
3. Utilize various testing methodologies and techniques, including black-box testing, white-box testing, and regression testing.
4. Thoroughly test the system for functionality, usability, compatibility, performance, and security.
5. Identify, document, and report bugs using a clear and concise format.
6. Collaborate with developers to resolve identified issues and ensure timely fixes.
7. Track the progress of bug fixes and verify their effectiveness.
8. Participate in overall system design.
9. Stay up-to-date with the latest testing tools and methodologies, particularly those related to fleet management systems.
10. Document and report testing activities.
11. Mentor and guide junior testers.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Male/Female. Age between 27-35 years old.
2. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Technology, Electrical Engineering or Engineering related field.
3. More than 3 years of experience as Software Tester, preferably with experience in testing fleet management
systems or similar applications.
4. Proven experience in test planning, design, execution, and reporting.
5. Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing principles.
6. If familair with test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestLink) and automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress) is an advantage.
7. Intermediate level of English (If able to communicate in Japanese is an advantage).
NOTE: Hybrid work policy, depends on volume of work and company's regulations. (New members works in the office everyday during probation)
