This role will be responsible for controlling and overseeing all business operations, people and ventures
The Managing Director is expected to be the strategist and a leader who is able to steer the company to the most profitable direction while also implementing its vision, mission and long term goals.
-Be representative and decision maker of company
-Developing and implementing business strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business plan
-Develop and monitor overall all department
-Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
-Report to Board of Dirertor about company P&L
-Ensure legal compliance

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

-Male or Female age 35-45 yearsold
-Experience working at least 10 years in any industry
-Need to have management experince both people and control budget
-English in Intermediate level (TOEIC 500)
-Strategic thinking and strong analytic skill
