JOB DETAIL

・Coordinate between local partner and the company to meet the achievement on the project.
・Support to Japanese team in regards of documents translation, interpretation in business meeting.
・Review on monthly financial statement and report to Japanese team and support them when necessary.
・Research on the market of real estate industry.
・Prepare monthly report on project progression and/or update information in Thailand to head office in Japan.
・Translate documents such as sales-purchase agreement, memorandum of undertaking, joint-venture agreement.
・Review on payment request of such project such as construction fee, tax payment, reimbursement of advance payment from staff.

Company has 3 Japanese expat and 3 Thai staffs
*This position does not have staff management role

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

・Thai Male or Female, Age 30~40 years old
・Bachelor degree
・Having working experience of researching market or company financial situation (at real estate or property developer industry will be advantage)
・At least 1 years'' experiences in financial and/or accounting fields. / Able to understand financial statement.
・English:upper intermediate
・Japanese : lower intermediate up (be able to understand basic Japanese is ok)
・interpersonal skill
