JOB DETAIL

• Manage and conduct all functions of human resources management, including direct labor recruitment, general affairs, and employee engagement.
• Translate business strategy and objectives into HR goals, plans and tactics that are aligned with the business demands and policies.
• Serve as a change agent to provide guidance to plant leadership team on change management, support business transformation activities in success.
• Work closely with corporate management team in managing, conducting, and implementing corporate policies related to human resources, organization, employee development, manpower planning, employee relation, policies, and procedures in line with business strategies and corporate direction.
• Provide HR processes and tools that enable the plant to reach its mission.
• Drive cultural change, change management, and define succession planning with business heads.
• Oversee the development and implementation of company core values, and key performance measures into the performance management system.
• Be a credible HR counsel to the plant leadership team, as well as be a strong employee advocate.
• Build strong relationships and trust with leaders and colleagues, offer HR expertise and coaching on people issues, assist leaders from different plant to gain better understanding of the employee's needs and career aspirations.
• Managing administrative operation related to employees Welfare and Benefits, Social Security, etc.
• Being responsible for the employee onboarding process and probation process, including updating the employee database.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

Degree in Human Resources or related field
10-12 years proven working experience as HR Manager in manufacturing environments.
In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
Experienced with frozen food industry is a plus.
English should able to speak in fair above
