JOB DETAIL

• Manage manpower to work to suit the production capacity
• Monitoring daily product plan and work in process report to ensure daily and weekly output meet as target.
• Problem solving in production and prevention for re-occurrence
• Supervise, lead and coach production operator & staff to meet targets with manufacturing cycle time.
• Manage and control department & subordinate’s performance as company KPI target.
• Staff development and improvement
• Ensure quality of product and to manage employee productivity.
• Monitor jobs to ensure they will finish on time and within budget.
• Other tasks as assigned.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’ s Degree in Engineering or Science
• Age 29 – 35 years old (Thai national only)
• Minimum 5 years in Production control Manufacturing
• Good problem solving & decision making and good communication skill in English
• Have knowledge in ISO9001 and Lean.
